Anger...
As you can see from the previous post, blogspot & I are not getting along tonight. He refuses to follow my directions, thus resulting in the very strange text wrap. I don't understand why I am unable to post a pic, write a caption, post another pic, add another caption, etc. It appears that the rest of the blogging world has mastered this with the exception of yours truly. Where am I going wrong? Can any of you experts out there send some blogger wisdom my way?
CMOM
Since we have moved to Memphis, I have tried to wrangle anyone I know under the age of 15 to go to the Children's Museum with me. Unfortunately, I was never able to convince anyone. Last year, I did take my crew of Group 1 kids from school. As much as I love them & as much as I love going to children's museums, this really wasn't my idea of a good time. I really spent the afternoon counting to 7 as little heads raced past me & saying a silent prayer that I lost no one's child. Sooooo.... long story short. We finally got to take Charlotte to the Children's Museum the other day & it was fun! I don't believe that she understood much of the "school stuff" but she sure did have fun running around and pushing all kinds of buttons. She got to climb through the chambers of the heart, brush teeth at the dentist office, shop at Kroger, dance at the disco, and drive a car, motorcycle & fire truck!!!

Big Girl
This weekend Charlotte wanted to eat at her play table for lunch. I thought we would give it a try since she eats at a table at school. She made it about 10 minutes or so & then we moved to her highchair. It's hard to eat and play puzzles at the same time you know! It was just another reminder of how quickly she is growing up. My baby girl won't be a baby for much longer....
It Had To Be Done....
Somehow, Matthew and I have never taken the obligatory new baby naked bathtub pictures. I know- shame, shame. So we got a few cute pics of Charlotte the other day (about 8 months too late). I am sure they will still be just as embarrassing to her in 17 years or so :)
And yes, I realize there is no water in the tub. She loves playing in the tub so much that she refuses to get out even after all the water has drained. She will keep on playing, teeth chattering and all.

Melts My Heart
Now that Charlotte is bigger & busier than ever, our snuggle times are few & far between. She rarely even lets me rock her before bed anymore - she just hops straight in the crib. So, naturally, I am in complete bliss when she decides to love on me. Her latest trick is just fantastic. When she sits in my lap facing me, she pulls down on the neck of my shirt & rests her cheek on my chest. She wants skin to skin contact just like we snuggled back in her newborn days. It only lasts a few seconds, but it is all I need to get me through the day. I sure do love my snugglebug :)
